Once you confirm this service notice, it is deemed that you have read and understood the entire content of this risk warning and voluntarily accept HKbitspark's withdrawal service; it is deemed that you fully understand the risks of withdrawing coins and voluntarily bear the possible risks and legal responsibilities of withdrawing coins.

The following risk warnings and statements are hereby made:

1. Withdrawing coins from TRC20 and ERC20 addresses: It is prohibited to use other people's withdrawal addresses to withdraw coins. If the coins are damaged due to withdrawal, the user shall bear all the responsibilities.

2. The platform cannot be restored: Once the withdrawal is completed, the platform will not be able to assist you in recovering the assets that have been withdrawn;

3. Asset loss caused by withdrawing from dishonest platforms: being induced by others to withdraw from dishonest platforms such as Ponzi schemes, resulting in the platform being unable to withdraw;

4. Risk of money laundering: being entrusted or induced by others to assist others in purchasing and withdrawing coins, involving participation in money laundering, leading to assisting others in committing crimes, and leading to individuals being held legally responsible;

5. Address error: due to personal coin filling errors, the withdrawal is made to the wrong address, resulting in the inability to recover assets.

6. Risks caused by force majeure: including but not limited to war, financial market crisis, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, computer virus outbreaks and other unavoidable and insurmountable force majeure events, as well as other unforeseeable or other possible events. Any risk of loss caused by withdrawal operations. The losses caused by force majeure and accidental events shall be borne by the user;

7. Any losses caused by the user's fault: the fault includes but is not limited to: wrong decision, improper operation, forgotten or leaked password, password cracked by others, personal computer system hacked by third parties, other people's behavior, etc. Or losses caused by improper operation of the user.

8. When the user's risk control system detects an abnormal situation, the user explicitly refuses or does not actively cooperate to complete the further anti-money laundering verification work required by the platform's risk control.

9. The platform does not charge a withdrawal fee for the first withdrawal. The second (including the second) withdrawal will charge 5% of the total funds as a withdrawal fee (except for activities). Please reserve a withdrawal fee in your account before withdrawing money.

The platform has the right to directly determine that the account is abnormal and take measures including but not limited to increasing the user's risk level, directly freezing the user's account and related accounts, until the risk control evidence provided by the user is passed.
